Just a quick reminder: It’s okay to reach out directly to brands.
Maybe you had a bad experience. Or an amazing one. Or one that was so-so. You can use the contact page on the brand website, call the phone number on your package, or leave a review. You can provide the feedback directly to brands. I say this after just emailing a brand about a new product set to come out. Some times they respond. Some times they don’t. I don’t let that stop me. Brands improve when they learn about what their customers want. I want better products, so I tell them that.
So this is a quick post encouraging you to fill out that survey or comment card. If you want brands to do better, tell them.
