I saw the thumbnail for the short form. “Whoa Dyson has an eye brow product? That’s so…” My excitement died when I remembered today’s date. April 1, also known as April Fools Day. They got me. I fell for the fake product ad. But as someone with unruly brows, I was definitely intrigued.

It may have been just a joke, but perhaps this stunt has actually revealed a gap in the market. Many people, including me, were excited about the idea of the product. What are the styling options for someone with curly hair who doesn’t want to use thick waxes or gels to tame their brow? With the persistence of fuller brows as a trend, who will come in and truly innovate the market?

It may have been a joke, but I imagine Dyson will take a serious lesson from this afterall.
