I have been spraying on Nette’s Thé Vanille to head out for the day. Without really thinking about, it’s just been a few spritzes and then out the door. Partly because I wanted to test the fragrance out, and partly because I knew it was unoffensive. No one seems to notice I’m wearing it, even me.
Maybe that’s not the fragrance’s fault. Maybe it’s me. Maybe it’s the budding springtime congestion creeping in, but I can barely smell it. I don’t detect tea. I don’t detect vanilla. There’s just a very subtle, unplaceable sweetness. When I sprayed, nay completely saturated my wrist, the fragrance was there. I know it. But now 4 hours later, I believe she’s left me.
I am not excited about the fragrance. I mean, it lets me easily check my “Put on fragrance” box, but it doesn’t wow me. Again, I’m willing to assume that maybe it’s me. Maybe I just don’t have the right nose for this one. But if you’re looking to try a “clean” fragrance that is a twist on vanilla, give this one a try. And please come back and tell me what it smells like.
