I have a great idea that I want to write about, but alas I know that I don’t have the time today to give it the attention it requires. However, I also don’t want to break this commitment I have made to myself to post every day. So here is a consistency post.
It comes at great time as I am also working to overhaul other aspects of my life. I am hoping to get the same level of consistency in my health pursuits and working towards career goals. I think it is time that I use the same mentality.
I would rather have a mediocre article than not post anything for the day. I would rather have subpar workout than skip going. It is better to have read a single sentence than keep my book closed. It is worth it to me to do things badly instead of not doing them at all.
Strive for consistency above perfection.
