Stay with me for a moment. What if there were a job where you could literally just play dress up al day and get paid for it? Like, what if you did that and then, maybe posted videos about? That would be crazy right? You are either in on this joke or are scrunching your face thinking, “Do you mean like an influencer? That already exists.” And that is the point. It didn’t before. There was a time where it was just a fantasy in the minds of those who now have to pay taxes on it. So, what are the future fashion jobs? What will be the new things that seems silly now but will prove lucrative in the future? I don’t know, but I have some suggestions.
What if in the future, someone studied your biochemistry and met with you at regular intervals in the testing period to determine the best scent for you?
What if at some point there were someone doing fashion and culinary pairings? Or if someone developed a concept where they delivered different menus to you based on your outfit? It could honestly be a fun time to return to the restaurant playing with different aesthetics to how that changed their suggestions.
Or if you went to the shoe store and someone took a scan of your foot to produce the style the specifications of your foot? There’d be no more compensating for your bigger foot or wishing they made wider styles or smaller sizes.
Or maybe this isn’t really about jobs but innovations I would love to see that would make my life a little easier. So if you are so inclined, help me out.
