TI woke up and thought, “What is one thing that I can do that will bring me closer to my goals?” The answer was exercise. I got that done. It is almost as if whatever happens today, I was successful.
Where I got this idea from was from, I’m not quite sure. Was it a podcast or a YouTube video? To whom do I owe the credit? I don’t know. What I do remember is that doing this every day, asking myself that question was the suggestion. And that it is okay if the answer changes every day as long as it prompts me to keep doing something that moves me towards the life I want.
