Yes, the famed sushi restaurant is open for breakfast as well. (Well, some of the locations are.) The menu is of course different, but it still has the Nobu flare. During my experience at Nobu Atlanta I decided to order the Breakfast Roll. With the reputation of the restaurant, I sincerely thought this was going to be like sushi rolls. I didn’t expect it to be on a brioche bun. The bun was delicious though, definitely glad it was there.

“But I can get breakfast anywhere. Why would I go to Nobu?,” you ask. Because it is a way to experience the ambiance with none of the crowds. I was the only guest in the restaurant for some time. And you can get yourself a filling breakfast at the restaurant for much less money than a dinner there would run you. (Albeit more expensive than a breakfast elsewhere.)
So if you hadn’t considered Nobu as a way to start your day, maybe reconsider.
