I have a legitimate question. When I see a guest searching for something frantically, why is that she will say no, when associates ask for help. As a customer, I know to be weary of pushy sales associates trying to rack up their commission. They sometimes push you to buy things you don’t want. But on the other hand, I know they are trained to know their store. Or at the very least, they want to make a sale and will do what it takes to assist me to make a purchase. Personally, I enjoy the service, but I know not everyone else thinks that way. I going to be diving deeper to learn more about how other people think.
