Dior x Thebe Magugu x CTAOP, all for a good cause

Dior have partnered with Thebe Magugu for a special collection. Sales from the items support the CTAOP, or the Charlize Theron African Outreach Project. Magugu seems to remain hot and much sought after for collaborations. I am not sure how this collaboration came about, but it only makes sense to bring on a designer who proudly imbues his collections with his South African heritage for this collection to support the work of a fellow South African.

The pieces in the collection blend the codes of the two design houses. Take for example the piece that I am most excited about, this pair of boots, which feature the Magugu emblem on the back and the CTAOP logo on the tongue.

Three items – bucket hat, book tote,  and  silk square- are available on the Dior page, while the full collection can only be found in select stores.
