I am having some trouble focusing today. So let’s go on a fake adventure! I had a random place generated: Finland. The recommended hotel is Iso Syöte Hotel located in Lapland, two hours drive from the Oulu international airport. Specifically, their Eagle Suite has been rated as one of the most romantic stays in the world. Yes, the views over the arctic wonderland do look majestic. But I also have eyes on all of their suites, with in room fireplaces.
As far as things to do, they offer activities at an additional cost. There are “winter safaris,” snowmobile tours, but I am most interested in the trip to Korouoma icefall, a frozen waterfall. You could also spend your time at the spa getting treatments or enjoying the sauna and pool.
I don’t think I ever in my life considered a trip to Finland before, but I suppose it’s time to add it to my travel wish list.
