Thoughts on Kilian’s Can’t Stop Loving You

I have been playing with Can’t Stop Loving You by Kilian for some time now. I am ready to give you a review of this orange blossom forward fragrance. It’s a pleasant scent for me, one that is certainly feminine and a sweet floral.

As far as my experience with Kilian fragrances goes, this seems to be the mildest scent I have tried yet in terms of projection and longevity. Not a single compliment or word of derision when I wore this to family functions, in a packed car, to a meeting, or anywhere really. No one seemed to notice, for better or for worse. I didn’t even notice it. And now at the end of the day, it is slightly there, but very faint and close to skin.

As I think about when I would wear this, I’m thinking date night. Because it doesn’t project too far (at least on me), it is best smelled close up. It is lovely and sweet, but it doesn’t seem too formal or too serious. Perhaps how you want to come off on a first date?

I like this fragrance and recommend you give it a try if you like orange blossom or sweet florals. But I don’t know if it is quite me. I will say, that I absolutely fell in love with Très Chère by Mizensir. Check that one out as well.
