- Art: The hotel is walking distance from major art institutions in the city, including the Woodruff Arts Center and the High Museum. And you really want to walk, you can also get to the SCAD FASH museum to see the fashion collections they have on display
- Restaurants: There are multiple restaurants in walking distance. That includes that are in Colony Square just next to the property. There is a food hall, Politan Row, that can be easily accessed from the hotel without stepping outside.
- Transit: If you are like me and try to use public transit when traveling, this property provides easy access to Atlanta’s MARTA rail line. This makes for easy transport to and from the airport and to other major tourist attractions in the city.
