I was geo-stalking the city of Geneva on Google Maps. Maybe that is a poor way of describing what I was doing, but essentially, I was zooming in and exploring everything the city had to offer and noticed a little hotel icon. There it was, La Reserve. As I looked at the website for the hotel and spa, I noticed the peaceful design of the rooms and the lakefront property. I decided then, that someday, I will stay there. It is a location that is on my vacation wish list, for no other reason than it seems like a nice idea.
I find I do that a lot. I notice a spot on a map and think, Let’s go there one day. I guess it is the new school version of the spinning the glove and seeing where my finger lands. I am just now discovering the place and what it has to offer. Hopefully soon, I can learn more after going on an adventure.
