I wouldn’t call the gym my favorite place at the Langham Hotel in Boston, but it is certainly up there. The set up is extensive. It is divided into three main rooms, differentiated by activity. When you enter, you do so by way of th weight room. Pretty run of the mill selections are here: dumbbells, resistance tower, weight benches. Everything was well maintained. But they also had snacks and bougie bottled water.

Then you discover there’s more as you go down the hallway to discover the cardio section overlooking the pool. There are three peloton bikes, which thankfully included a guest login, and also multiple treadmills and ellipticals. They provided headphones to use on the equipment, so I didn’t annoy others with my Peloton instructor shouting commands at them too.

Down the stairs, you’ll see the pool and the last room, which I will refer to as the guided workout space. There are two systems you use to participate in live on demand workouts and set of kettle bells and dumbbells.

Then continuing on, you’ll find the locker room, equipped with saunas.

If you are the kind of person who intends to keep up with a fitness routine while traveling, maybe you should really consider staying at the Langham the next time you’re in Boston.
