I believe that they pump something in the air that makes you more prime to make impulse buys at target. The item that got me most recently were these eye masks from Florence by Mills. I don’t often by skin care at Target, and I had never tried anything from this line. I was surprised. I experienced no irritation. They stayed in place. It was adorable. They are shaped like adorable whales, after all. And most importantly, the product moisturized my undereye. The tiniest drawback is that I didn’t notice any brightening effect. I imagine because niacinamide is the key ingredient, that you would have to use this product over a long term to see that effect. What are my thoughts? I like it. It is accessible skincare, in both price and location, and does what it is supposed to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep using this and trying other products from the brand. If you happen to see these little whale eye pads on your next Target run, maybe give it a try.
