What I noticed is that it absorbed really fast into my skin. Is my skin more beautiful? I mean I think that is hard to judge. I like that it didn’t feel at all irritating to me. I didn’t do any weird things when mixed with my moisturizer. I will say that I do feel it made my pores much less noticeable.

I did my trial with half of it on my face alone and the other half with moisturizer on top. The side without moisturizer was definitely drier. This morning looking at my face after using this in conjunction with just the Barbara Sturm Anti-pollution drops, my skin is stupid moisturized and pores are refined.

To that I would say that this product on my dry skin is not moisturizing. While I like the refining results, I have to pair it with a hydrating moisturizer to love my results.  This is not a product that I could use on its own. You could say that means I don’t love it, but I don’t think that is necessarily true. I only used it over a few days, but I really liked the results. I imagine it would only improve over time. I would love to try it over a longer period of time to see how I feel, but alas, there are so many other products still to review.

But if you are looking into luxury skincare and want an essence/lotion that will help refine your pores, give this one a try. I have dry skin. I would love to know how this worked for you, especially if you have a different skin type.
