Just really quickly, after my post about staying in Manchester, Connecticut, you might be wondering, “What is there to do there?” While I won’t spend the time to give you a whole itinerary, I will at least give you a coffee shop to try.
Birdhouse Coffee is a quaint little shop that is out of the way. It shares a building with a brewery, so coffee by day and beer by night. I am still trying to take more pictures, but just trust me when I say it has a lot of outdoor seating and an inside full of books and games. There are multiple flavored coffees and a full breakfast menu. I got a poorly photographed avocado toast that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would happily be back to try the rest of the menu.
