First impressions: Omorovicza Daily Vitamin C

This is a very quick review, first impressions really, of the Omorovicza Daily Vitamin C. Just a little test over a couple of days on my dry skin.

Omorovicza Daily Vitamin C

$155

Vitamin C serum to even skin tone, boost moisture, and improve the effects of aging

On Day 1, I applied the product after a very thorough cleanse of my face. Some would say harsh. With the vitamin c all over my face, I only applied my Tatcha moisturizer to the right side of my face. For some reason I felt like there were spots on my right side that were getting inflamed, but the left side was fine. And there was some product pilling as the moisturizer mixed with the vitamin C. I’m going to blame the moisturizer for these issues. On Day 2, I repeated pretty much the same process. Except this time I used more of an exfoliating cleanser prior, and the moisturizer was only on my left side this time. I didn’t notice any pilling or redness on Day 2.

After two days, I can’t make judgements about whether or not it brightens or evens out my complexion, because that would require much more time. I can say, however, that I was impressed by how moisturized my skin felt with the Daily Vitamin C alone. Even without a moisturizer, my skin looked more plump and not at all dry. With that, I check off that it for sure does at least one of the things is says it does. And even though I had some irritation, overall the vitamin C seemed to be in a concentration  or formula that didn’t irritate my skin.

If you are looking for a vitamin C product that also provides moisture benefits, this might be something you want to try. I would say this is a good idea if you have dry skin like and need a boost or if you perhaps have an oilier skin type and want a product that can stand on its own.

Personally, I could see myself trying this product our for a longer time. And because my issues with dark spots is more around my eyes, I am now more curious about how well their eye product works.
