I used Dior’s La Mousse Off/On cleanser for a few days. One of the main things I was testing about it was whether or not it was truly gentle and nourishing. My biggest issue with cleansers is dryness after the fact. I can think the cleanser is nice and gentle, but then when I really pay attention, I notice my skin is still just as dried out as any other cleanser. To test this I set a 3 minute timer and waited before applying products after cleansing.

Soothing cleanser formulated to remove makeup and pollution from your skin
Key ingredients: water lily and cornflower
I washed my face, patted it dry, and then waited. About 3 and half minutes later, I noticed that my face was dry, as in no water on it, but it did not have the white patches of dehydrated areas, flaking, or overall tightness. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to write a very quick review about this. I used it over a period of a few days.
I also noticed that my face felt calmer. I have a spot on my nose that tends to get aggravated with products. It was sensitive that day, but it seamed to have calmed down after using the cleanser. It also seemed like the products I used that day applied better. My face felt smoother, and products absorbed more easily.
The only issue I have is that I am not quite sure how to make it foamy. It is a foaming cleanser after all, but I didn’t really get bubbles. The online instructions said to make a hazelnut amount in your hand and foam it up from there. I didn’t get any. (Maybe at this point it has to do more with my water in my home than the cleansers.)
I will say that this surprised me. It was not at all stripping. I quite like how my skin felt afterward. Truly, it has me preparing to buy a full size and making it my go-to cleanser. The only thing that I need to know now is whether it truly removes makeup with ease.
If you have dry skin and are looking to dry a new cleanser, I recommend you give this one a try. Actually, give it a try regardless of your skin type to see what results you get.
