Give your dry feet some love: Patchology PoshPeel Pedi Cure Exfoliating Foot Peel Review

It will be officially winter in a few days here in the northern hemisphere, but it’s already cold. I’m wearing boots and socks constantly. Needless to say, I have been neglecting my feet. I hope they’ll forgive me. It’s time to show them some love. Today’s review is for the Patchology PoshPeel Pedi Cure Exfoliating Foot Peel.

Patchology PoshPeel Pedi Cure Exfoliating Foot Peel$38 for a set of 2AHA and BHA exfoliating pedicure for softer feet

This product is a peel. It comes with little booties and liquid. You pour the liquid in the sock and then put the sock on your and secure the tab. And then you wait for an hour, sitting still not walking around. You are wearing plastic socks filled with liquid. Afterwards, you take it off, and then think to yourself, I guess that’s it. But no, it’s not.

This is a peel after all, so it takes a few days for it to work its magic. After you use it, 3-5 days later your outer layer of skin will start to peel off. If you have never used a peeling agent this might be alarming. This is not a product that you want to use right before a trip or event where you intend to wear sandals. Unless you would like to horrify onlookers who become concerned that your feet are slowly falling apart.

After the process was done, my feet were certainly much softer. It was then up to me to keep up the maintenance of my feet. It takes some patience as this process takes time and you will need to avoid picking at your skin, but it’s definitely worth it. I’m not going to lie to you. I immediately picked up a few more when I noticed them on sale at Nordstrom. You can guess that means I recommend you give them a try.

The recommendation is to use these every 60-90 days. I think this works great for your quarterly maintenance. Just make sure you time it, because is this not the product to use right before your beach vacation. Give it a couple weeks.
